SAN ANTONIO TX – CLOSE CONTACT GUNFIGHTER & VEHICLE COMBATIVES – OCT 11/12 COURSE
Rogue Methods and Omega Protective Concepts teamed up to offer a collaboration on some of our most relevant and exciting course material as it relates to dynamic, violent encounters. This course includes: Rogue Methods’ industry renown Close Contact Gunfighter program captures the evolution of a gunfight at arms length or clinch distance. Omega Protective Concepts’ Vehicle Combatives Program focuses on dominating confined-space environments under high-stress / high-consequence violent encounters inside your vehicle. This collaborative training event will include Live Fire, and Fight Scenarios with Non-Lethal Training Ammunition. COURSE ANNOUNCEMENT: PREREQUISITE: Open to civilians, law enforcement, and military personnel. All experience levels welcome! CLOSE CONTACT GUNFIGHTER COURSE Where Gun-Fighting Meets Real-World Combat at Clinch Distance! This immersive program is designed for those who understand that a gunfight doesn’t always happen at distance. Sometimes, it initiates with a shove, a grab, or a blade—and ends in close contact. This course includes drills, pressure-testing, and scenario work that forge real skill under real stress. • Handgun Retention & Recovery at clinch and standing range • Clinch Defense Options • Short-Range Striking integrated with weapons access • Concealed Draw & Fire in confined, compressed spaces • Medical Skills & Considerations • Live Drilling & Purposeful Sparring to pressure test responses • Simunition Scenarios (optional but strongly encouraged) for realistic experience VEHICLE COMBATIVES PROTOCOLS A dynamic fusion of hand-to-hand combat and extreme close-range firearms engagement. This is where theory dies and real skill is forged • Counter carjackings and violent assaults inside your vehicle. • Dominate confined-space environments under high stress. • Access, retain, and fight with your pistol from seated and compromised positions. • Engage multiple threats in 360° applications – in and around your vehicle. • Execute live-fire drills from inside and around vehicles. No fighting experience is necessary, we’re here to help build that foundation. Firearms safety and basic marksmanship is a requirement. Start time: Sat 9am to 4pm and Sun 9am TBD GEAR LIST: • Pistol with a sturdy belt and concealable holster (with 2-3 magazines) • 300 Rounds of ammo and magazine pouch • Eye & Ear Protection • Range / Training Attire (Comfortable, Durable) Other recommended equipment: Finger protecting gloves, mouth-guard, hooded sweatshirt, extra shirt, knee pads, electrolytes. *WE HAVE A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, BUT WILL HONOR TUITION PAID FOR 12 MONTHS |
