Two of the world’s most elite military operators come together in this episode of The Meet: Navy Seal x SBS.

Eddie Penney is a former US Navy SEAL who served multiple combat deployments with America’s most elite forces. Across his career, Eddie operated in some of the most demanding environments in modern warfare, gaining firsthand experience of the physical, mental and moral pressures that come with life in Special Forces. Staz is a former Special Boat Service operator who passed one of the hardest selection processes in the world before going on to conduct high risk counterterror and direct action missions with UK Special Forces.

Together, they open up about what it really takes to make it through Special Forces selection, the psychology of elite units like the Navy SEALs and the SBS, and the moments in combat that stay with you forever. They also reflect on their hardest moments, the toll of constant operations, injury and loss, and the difficult decisions that eventually led them to step away from Special Forces life.
