Just a Thought
Thoughts, thoughts, thoughts—they have the ability to do wonderful things or to destroy.
I have discussed and will continue to discuss the importance of watching what you ingest (music, TV, people, places). It has the ability to take a wrongful thought we believe to be true, which can turn into serious wrongful thinking.
You can see this in people’s obsessions, addictions, identities, beliefs, choices, etc.
We must take all things before the Lord for ultimate guidance.
Example(s): the thought or voice one might hear-
“you would be happier with someone else.”
“Give up now so you don’t have to deal with this.”
“No one cares about you; end it all.”
THIS is what your enemy wants you to believe. He is referred to as a deceiver and liar for a reason. DO NOT take the bait! Christ overcame all this on the cross! 🩸
Just because the masses think it’s hip and cool doesn’t mean it is right and true.
Darkness will attempt to drop thoughts to keep you from your purpose. Don’t believe everything you hear and see. Test all things.
“by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross. He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.”
Colossians 2:14-15
“We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,”
